RETURNS

​

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with our garments you must log a return within seven days of delivery. To log a return simply email laluna.fashions@gmail.com with the details of the return. 

The following applies when returning garments:

  • The swing tag must be attached.

  • The garment must be in it's original condition.

  • The garments must be free of stains and odours.

  • You need to return the garment at your expense.

  • We will refund the purchase price of the garment minus the delivery fee that was charged. (R65) 

  • SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

  • PLEASE NOTE: If a returned garment does not meet these conditions no refund will be made.

WASH CARE

​

Laluna clothing is manufactured and selected for you with ​       so here are some tips for treating them with 

We recommend:

  • Hand wash

  • Cold water

  • Mild detergent

  • Avoid or limit fabric softener

  • No tumble drying

  • If necessary, iron at low temperature

  • PLEASE NOTE: Cotton is a natural fibre and washing may cause a  1 - 2 cm shrinkage

DELIVERY

  • Free delivery for orders of R700 or more.

  • For orders less than R700 a delivery fee of R70 will be added to your purchase at checkout.

  • Items are shipped using door-to-door service from The Courier Guy or Aramex.

  • Deliveries will be on weekdays between 8h00 and 16h30.

  • Orders will be shipped one working day after payment..

  • No orders will be shipped over weekends and public holidays.

  • Estimated delivery times are 2 - 3 working days for regional areas (Major SA Cities) and 3-5 days for outlying areas.

  • We will send you a tracking number the day after your order has been shipped.
